i need you to hear me as i am

i guess i am am just "in a mood," but i am feeling odd... and this song lyric made me write the following...

screaming out my throat and no sound comes out
but glass is breaking all around
and our ears are bleeding

clawing at wall and my fingers are bone
but the bottom is falling out
and our feet are planted

abandoning all perceptions and my head is splitting
but the fog is thickening
and our eyes are closed
